Introduction HGHY paper package pulp molding egg carton machine
Egg tray machine paper Pulping system
Main equipments:pulper,1.7m3,22kw;vibration screen,0.9m2,3kw; mixer; pulp pump,water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc.
Egg tray machine forming system
Consist of 1 pc of forming platen and 1pc of transfering platen. Platen size:1600*400mm. 4sets of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen(5pcs/cycle). Forming efficiency :5-6cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system, auto cleaning system for the forming moldand auto control cabinet.
Egg tray drying system
Outline dimension：20080×2650×3600mm;single layer conveying chian; heated by section; multi burners;the temperature of each section can be adjusted independently; burners with French or Italian brand.The enery for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil. Equiped with auto control cabinet.
Egg tray stacking system
The finsihed products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.
Egg Tray height limit pressor
It will press and make the products more compact after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective.
Subsidary Equipment
Vacuum pump,45kw, 1set; air compressing system: air compressor(22kw,1set),air dryer,air filter and air storage tank.
·Egg tray production line occupation:about600m2.Requirement for the worksop: height ≥4.5m,width≥12m ,length≥50m.
·Total power for the egg tray production line :161KW.
·Workforce for the production line:6-8/shift.
·Main parts adopted are with International brand which are reliable in quality and convenient in after sales service.And engergy saving is the most distinctive feature of HGHY eqipments compared with congener equipments internationally.
·The supplier will be responsible for the instruction in installation,test running and training. Warranty: one year since finishing he installation.
·The equipments equiped in this production line are supposed to the production of 30 cell egg trays. If the users plan to produce egg cartons,cup carriers or fruit trays etc., they should add the hot pressing, labeling or printing equipment and other auxiliary equipments.
